We had the Superior room and felt very confortable and well furnished. Very convenient location just a few steps from the Brazilian National Park, Saved us time and money on Tour. Highly recommend specialy if you don´t have a lot of time to spend at the Falls.

This was a luxury stay for the price if some hostels. It was lovely. You could walk only 400m to the entrance of the Brazilian side of the falls. It had a spa in house with affordable prices. Staff spoke English and were very friendly and eager to help! The food was ok. Eating al carte was better than the... More

Have just returned from our trip to Brazil. We stayed here for just two nights.Having read the other reviews i was a little trepidatious about what we would encounter.I can only echo the other reviews and emphasize its fantastic location just 5 minutes walk from the entrance to the falls. We had a 'super deluxe' room which was contemporary and functional.... We visited the hotel for one night, and we wish we never had. After having arrived at the hotel, I was quite sick with fever. Our first room's A/C was not working, so they changed our room to a really dirty one. Then after realising the A/C was not working there either, they left it on freezing cold to fix... More

We had a wonderful time at this location. The room was very good. It was not spacious but I never felt cramped. Besides, I don't spend hours on end in a hotel room. The property was very nice to just walk around. The best point is that it is a 15 minute walk to the falls entrance and about 5... More

I returned to Iguasu on a trip with my parents and am utterly disappointed with the services provided by the hotel. Firstly there were no staff at reception who spoke in English, and for this reason I couldn't communicate my early check out a day later to order breakfast ( and they made no efforts to compensate us despite having... Awful hotel due to dirty bathroom (clogged sink with "shaving leftovers", towels on the floor, cockroach), few rude attendants and unprepared team to handle basic situations. Airport-hotel shuttle not confirmed through Booking.com. Hadn't the manager got involved (only on the very last night, by the way), it would have been a total horror show (what a shame it was confirmed... More

All the common areas of the hotel are beautiful. Set on lush green jungle backing onto the river, right next to the bird sanctuary (definitely worth a visit) and about a 5 minute walk to the falls entrance. the rooms were very tired and simple but for a 1 night stay and visit to the falls it was perfect for... Booked a junior suite package for 4 nights. Although the room was not much bigger, it had only a 1 seater sofa as an extra. On looking at the website, the hotel may have put me in a super class room rather than a junior suite instead (bad luck on my part to notice it only now!) The transfers and... More

My wife and I decided to visit the Iguazu Falls, and choose this hotel as they are very well located. Just 300 mts from the parque das aves, the entrance to the brazilian water falls, and 5000 mts to the airport. The hotel offer nice rooms, and outstanding garden with a 1500 mts trail in the middle of the forest... More
