We had a terrible time in this hotel! The foyer is actuallly quite attractive and promising. But once beyond the foyer it all changes. The hotel lives in a time warp: it was built in the early seventies and still have all the same equipment. The airconditioner and TV are all from that era! Many facilities are closed (eg the... Huge rooms, good food, family friendly, helpful staff. The furnishings were from a different era, which was very unique. The hotel property was very intrigung, with a monkey island ( no kidding), an ostrich, few ducks and macaws,,, i stayed fir two nights, but should have stayed probably 3 nights. The hotel had a beautiful ambience.. We just fell in... More

I left my iphone charging in my room while I went to have breakfast and when I returned, my iphone was gone. There was no security cameras on that aisle so the person that got into my room knew he/ she wouldn' get caught. They told me I had to go to the plice station to place the complaint, it... More

My husband and I spent a night at this hotel unexpectedly after our TAM flight was cancelled and we were unable to make it to Rio de Janeiro. In sum, to be fair, the hotel was clean, the food was tasty and the staff was extremely friendly and kind. The room was very basic and smoking was permitted in the... More

it is a hotel that has average dining facility and average quality of breakfast. My reservation is a standard room and we ended up in a hostel like room and rather dated. We fought to get an upgrade to a receptionist that only speaks Portuguese, and eventually, after two hours and with the gracious help of the manager, we finally... More

All the stuff advertised on their website for kids is only available if they have a convention going on when you are there. The staff was friendly and the breakfast and dinner buffets were both very good.

The rooms are old and I had the honor of freezing my butt off with a cold cold shower. Inquired at reception about the lack of hot water and receptionist did not seem concerned. "They're probably just cleaning the boiler..." he says. Run away!

The room is extremely old-fashioned (e.g. the window frame was decayed, air-condition was noisy and it kept emitting big grey dusts). Big ants were also scrawring every day in the room during stay. Some front-desk staff were so lazy that they did not come out of the backward office even when they knew customers were waiting and some of them... More

Hotel has old fashioned, but clean and nice rooms, good tennis court, good swimming pool with drinks and food served in front of it. We enjoyed sauna, there is a little pool with warmed water. Breakfast was with a lot of options, including porridge for those who follows healthy diets. Right on the way to the national parks, good localization... More

Got here due to an emergency with a broken GOL airplane. Outdated hotel, smelly room, vacuum tube TV with faulty antena cables braking signal, incredibly RUDE room service. I havent used the shower yet and dont know and have low expectation from the breakfast and check out process. I wont come back.
