Nice hotel with a cozy restaurant with good drinks. We were there in July so there were not many guests and we could walk the empty corridors and almost get lost. One of the rooms had problems with AC and it took 2 nights until they got to change room, even with 95% of rooms empty.

To best advertise the features of the hotel, I wish there had been a list of all the services in the room! When we took the kids down to the pool we found there were many different activities run by staff - a soccer game in their large field, and a zip-line, for example. There were plenty of people at... This hotel was literally out of this world!! Caught in a time trap, one Can only imagine the glamour some decades ago!! We felt like we were in a museum one moment, town hall the next, outside was a Zoo, the restaurant And bars were like being on The Titanic!! The food was amazing And the grand pianist added To... A huge hotel, but the rooms were large, and the water pressure Excellent. A nice breakfast, plenty to eat. It is about 8 km from the airport and Brazilian side of the Falls. It is near the road to Argentina. There are taxis and you can even take the public bus to the Bird Park or the Brazilian Falls. It... More

Natural resort of the hotel gives it extra star, there is a big lake with animals around and an island of monkeys, i loved it very much and it seema... More

Generally, we enjoyed our week in this hotel. Our room itself was pretty basic. We were on the ground floor and the room badly needed updating. The positives more than made up for this deficiency, though. The building was as interesting to explore as the grounds were to wander. The food in the restaurant was wonderful. The service was friendly... More

Normally I have stayed at the Sheraton in the National Park in Argentina. Since all my friends had US passports and no US$160 visas we were turned back at the border and ended up at this hotel by accident. It is ideally located to the airport, the water falls in both Brazil and Argentina, and downtown Foz. The hotel has... More

We had a terrible time in this hotel! The foyer is actuallly quite attractive and promising. But once beyond the foyer it all changes. The hotel lives in a time warp: it was built in the early seventies and still have all the same equipment. The airconditioner and TV are all from that era! Many facilities are closed (eg the... Huge rooms, good food, family friendly, helpful staff. The furnishings were from a different era, which was very unique. The hotel property was very intrigung, with a monkey island ( no kidding), an ostrich, few ducks and macaws,,, i stayed fir two nights, but should have stayed probably 3 nights. The hotel had a beautiful ambience.. We just fell in... More

I left my iphone charging in my room while I went to have breakfast and when I returned, my iphone was gone. There was no security cameras on that aisle so the person that got into my room knew he/ she wouldn' get caught. They told me I had to go to the plice station to place the complaint, it... More
