so read the reviews carefully. More than half of them are confusing this hotel with another one in Fox de Iguacu. more
I stayed at Hotel Del Rey for 2 nights in july 2008. The staff was polite and kind. They could help me with getting a cab and finding restaurants nearby. But the room was really tiny - I had to walk sideways between the bed and the TV. The shower dropped so little water that it was difficult to rinse... more
I booked through hostel world, we got the room for about usd $50.00 which is good value, the room is fairly basic and could do with a bit of maintance but the public areas are very smart. the bathroom was good . The room had air con and cable tv with films in english which was great for us as... more
I booked this hotel for 2 nights on Dec 27th. Our flight arrived early hours Dec 28th, which was delayed by 1 hr so I think by the time we got to the hotel it was 2.30-3am. The night manager didnt want us to leave the taxi and although he couldnt speak english and we have very limited Portueguese, it... more

I understand that if you want something cheap, this is... more

I chose this hotel based on the reviews of other travelers. I must say that there were quite a few things that were not up to my expectations based on the reviews I've read. For once, I paid about $43 a night, not bad for a hotel in general, but for the hotel class rather expensive in Brazil. We (my... more
That was perhaps the best place in Brazil during my entire trip. Amazingly cheap, I paid 50R a night, good room, clean and new, but small, however what do you do in your room besides sleeping. Safe and the staff speaks english. more
For the price (~$35 per night), this hotel is an amazing deal. The hotel is located near the bus terminal, in the city. It's a 30 minute cab ride to the Argentinian falls (60 reals), and a 20-30 minute bus ride from the airport to the bus terminal near the hotel. We took the bus (1.90 Real per person) from... more
