Don't do many bad reviews but this hotel is just not worth it. Rooms small and dingy and the bed needed to be replaced years ago. Service is slow to almost non existent I would rather spend more money and enjoy my stay. On the plus side breakfast was okay

We were very disappointed at this stay. We booked the hotel mainly because of the swimming pool. The day we got there, there was a warning saying that the pool was closed for annual cleaning for 3 whole days (dec 28th-30th). After those three days, there were only two days of pool working and at Jan 1st, the pool was... More

Work booked this place for us, the rooms are good but the nose from the street below is sure to keep you up at night. It sounds like the traffic is passing right thru the room. Try a high floor away from the street.

All rooms are small suites but the space is limited. The bathroom is very small and there is not much room to manoeuvre in the bedroom. The hotel needs an entire facelift. The front desk staff is a bit brash but at breakfast the restaurant staff was welcoming and helpful. This is an ok hotel for business but would not... More

The check-in was too difficult. We had confirmed reservations but when we arrived both wife and I had to fill out forms??? Why we are and have been members of their rewards program and have all information on file. We wanted just to check-in and go to dinner so I had a car waiting and cost me. Now the rooms... More

Clean, organized, confy ... Mercure always a good option. Check in process was really efficient, took me less than 5 minutes to get my key and go to my room. Corporate rates really good, not sure about regular rates. Try high floors and far from elevators. Batel area, best location in town.

Way below the average for a Mercure chain. Poor noise isolation, the bed and the pillows are terrible. Big lines for elevators. Good localization and overall infrastructure. Nice front desk service and decent breakfast. Internet didn't work on iPhones.

I was there for business trip for a week, hotel was more like apartment rather than hotel room, with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette. Area is a short walk to the main city centre and most restaurants. Comfortable stay.
