Although I stayed only one night, I found the Deville Rayon Hotel a good choice. The room was clean and nice, breakfast was good too. The only thing that didn't work out quite well was the late dinner we ordered to our room.. I suppose that the kitchen was already closed and therefore the chicken was uneatable.
