We were very pleased with the accommodations and staff. Room was large, clean and comfortable. King-size bed was great. Building was quiet, despite lots of kids. We both had a great sleep. Buffet breakfast was tasty and there was lots of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed here because of all the positive reviews. Still cannot figure out why this is rated #1 in town. Floor in our room was dirty when we checked in (dead moth, milk cap, crumbs, etc.). Very welcoming front desk staff and very friendly. Nice room overlooking Lake Superior. My granddaughter enjoyed the beach and collecting her treasures. Breakfast was very nice. I know the next time I am in the area I will be a return customer.

We love this hotel. The splashland is the perfect size for our kids-pizza and dipping dots are the highlights there. The staff is very friendly.
