The outside of the hotel and the restaurant are nice and clean. The rooms are old, dirty, there's mold EVERYWHERE and the toilet only works if you manually turn the water pressure dial.
This was room 2207 (top floor room).
When we complained to the front desk staff - who was actually very nice - they offered us to switch...
