Quite nice, decent location from the Expomina exhibition. Business friendly, many staff speak English. The only annoyance is the room cleaner come knock on your door too early in the morning. more

I stayed in this hotel just for one night, and it was a great surprise. The room is very very clean, and the bed very confortable. The breakfast is too expensive for what offer. And the fitness center is small, but very well equiped. Overall, a great cost-benefit! more

We stayed at both the Liberty Palace in Savassi and the Mercure in Lourdes during our stay in Beaga. The Mercure is superior in every respect. Better rooms, better service. Because it is primarily a business hotel, it has great weekend package deals: The best value in town, hands down. more

We are staying at hotel not through choice but due to a conference being held here. Having stayed at other hotels in the area which were dated and shabby, the Mercure is clean modern and uptodate. This hotel is a decent, good priced, comfortable place to stay. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and offer large beds, cable television and room safes. Upon arrival they were friendly, spoke English (not that common in Brasil), and upgraded me to a junior suite.
