This hotel must have been great 20 or 30 years ago but not now. Elevators: One out of two elevator was out of service. We walled down the stairs twice. The lunch buffet was not good. We had indigestion afterwards. The room was dirty The staff were a tad grumpy and kept reminding us if we lose hotel keys they... More

We stayed here for 2 nights during World Cup 2014. The hotel is shabby & rundown. The rooms bear no resemblance to those featured on the hotel website. Although quite spacious the walls are very rundown & not particularly clean. The thin walls make noise a serious problem especially in rooms facing the main road. The breakfast was poor with... The hotel has clearly seen better days, but its classic architecture and the pleasant and very helpful attitude of the staff kind of make up for it. Located in the middle of downtown Belo Horizonte, the region is noisy and very busy up to 7:30 pm - then it goes dead - except for the noise from the central air-conditioning... More

This is an old hotel located in the center of Belo Horizonte. I stayed at one of the top bedroom and even though the bathroom was really old, air conditioning really noisy. The surroudings are not nice as well because they are really crowd during the day. The only good thing is that this hotel is close to a very... More

I know a lot of hotels in Brazil but this is for sure the worst I ever stayed. Unfortunately I had to stay here because other hotels were overbooked (that already says something: why Dayrell was not?) The room: very old Airconditioning: not working TV: no remote control for the receiver Cleanliness: when I entered the room I thought that... More

I moved to the Dayrell after a horrible stay at the Belo Horizonte Othon Palace please (see my review if considering that hotel). I needed a hotel at that location and was glad I found the Dayrell. The Dayrell is considered a 4 star hotel but, in my opinion, it’s more of a 3. I stayed in a “Luxo” apartment... More
