Tom&Judy My wife and I have been visiting Twin Linden for our anniversary for the past 23 years. We started going there when it first open and the Inn Keepers were Donna and Bob Leahy and the around 15 years later Norm and Sue took over. Now Laurie is the proprietor and her daughter Kendall is helping. Obviously,we love this... More

The Inn at Twin Linden is warm and welcoming, from the monent you step into your entry hall.  Both Kendal(sp) and Laurie, the Inn-Keeper were a joy to be around; they made us feel at ease and so very welcome.  I also enjoyed walking through the gardens and enjoying a cocktail on the back patio as the fall leaves fell... We stayed at the Inn at Twin Linden on the last night of a 10 night swing through PA, VA, NC, and MA. A combination of trying to see too much on the last day and getting stuck in rush-hour traffic around DC and Baltimore kept us from reaching the Inn until 9 PM. I called at 5 PM, when... More

A lovely inn in a lovely setting. The inn itself was charming, decorated with treasures of past. The room itself was very nice and clean. Laurie and Kendall could not have been nicer or more hospitable. I recently learned of a strict diet I need to follow and Laurie went beyond any expectations to find recipes I could eat. Breakfast... The inn was very aesthetically pleasing . Our suite was amazing! Great view of the beautiful countryside. We liked that our mini fridge was stocked with drinks (nonalcoholic - which was fine for us) and there were treats available downstairs for the taking. The breakfasts were delicious! The innkeeper was very pleasant and lovely to talk to - very hospitable.... More

Laura, the new innkeeper, was wonderful! She made us feel very welcome and created delicious breakfasts. It was very peaceful and my husband and I had a lovely place to rest between visiting family. The only down side (and it's a small down side) is the TVs are still hooked up to VCRs, so no DVDs or hooking up chromecast.

The room was just perfect. Clean and lovely. The breakfast was gourmet and delicious. The atmosphere is very serene. I highly recommend the Twin Linden. The Twin Linden is in the heart of Amish country. Wonderful steam train in Strasburg you can travel on for a sweet 1 hour ride. Shopping is unique and quaint. Loved it all

Lovely stay away from the heavy tourist areas. The innkeepers were friendly and the room was beautiful and spotless. The breakfast was the best I ever had at a B and B. This place is definitely worth a try.

Found a 'gem' B&B about 1 hr. from Phillie. The Inn at Twin Linden was a perfect getaway. If you're looking to step back in time to a gentler era complete with Amish horse-drawn carriages and true hometown hospitality , this is the place. We only had a short time to spend so we didn't get to explore the countryside... More
