This hotel is clean, quiet, walking distance to restaurants and has exceptional employees. The hotel is old and in need of updating, but the fact that the staff keeps it clean allows one to look past that. The hotel has a pool, fitness center, sauna, restaurant and bar all of which are well maintained. I will return to Goiania soon... More

We weren't on any particularly remarkable trip - we actually had not necessarily planned on staying over in Goiânia on a July road trip to visit family further south. We arrived on an evening when most hotels in town were either full or had hiked their prices - apparently some famous singing priest was in town. I'll admit Address (now... More

The desk staff was knowledgeable and courteous. The suite was clean, and reasonably comfortable (a very good value for the price we paid). The breakfast (included in our room price) was excellent even by Brazilian hotel standards (Brazilian travelers expect much more from a free breakfast than Americans typically do). Each morning there were six or more fresh fruit choices;... More

The hotel is a flat style. The valley parking, breakfast and Wi-Fi is included. It has a 24hr service. Recently it is under new management. The service used to be better. The rooms are big, but a little old fashioned, and old carpet. Each acomodation has a two rooms, in one a good bed, a TV (not flat) and a... More

I stayed more than 15 nights at this hotel and I can say that is nothing special about it. The rooms are big and confortable, very clean as well. The location is a concern as it's far from city center, with little options of restaurants and stores nearby. The service is good and the breakfast is full of options. The... More

I could bore with all the details or just put you off this place by telling you about my brother's and mine experience: we were in our beds on the 14th floor, and there were some disturbing occurences - we were the only people on our floor; there was a mirror next to the bed which was very creepy in... I use to never stay at the same hotel more than once, in order to try services and rooms. However, this os the 3th time I stay at Adress. Why? Firts of all, it is really good location, close to "Feira da Lua", "Feira do Sol", malls, good restaurants, so on. Unfortunatelly, there are some rooms with carpets (yeak!!). But,... More

If anyone ever visits the city of Goiania, Brazil they should contact the Hotel Address Residence West Side. My girlfriend and now fiance who lives in the city did not know of a place to stay while i was visiting her for 10 days in July. I heard alot about Castros from her sister who is now married and living... More
