Naoum Plaza Hotel lives up to its appointed stars with excellent rooms and all the amenities you would expect. I was most impressed by the superb customer service from all the staff, especially Joao Paulo. As an American having stayed at comparable hotels back home, I submit we can learn from the Brazilians on hospitality and how to truly deliver... More

Very expensive hotel, however.... Excellent hotel, Concierge, room services, spa facilities and room amenties are excellent. The pool is gorgeous and the spa treatments are good. Just too expensive. The staff was helpful , Hotel restuarants are amazing.

On the heart of Brasil's capital city, you can use this hotel to turn short your transit among many destinations. Nice bathroom kit and a good bed. Silent. Close to a Shopping mall and easy to find a taxi. Very good breakfast and nice lunch /dinner.

We stayed for three nights in the hotel and the staff couldn't have been nicer. It's in a good part of town with many other hotels nearby. There's a large park across the street with lots of joggers and bicyclists. We felt very safe. The room was fine - the furniture a little old but a very comfortable bed and... More

I've stayed several times at the Naoum Plaza and commend it highly. It is centrally located in Brasilia and within easy walking distance of a mall, should you want to go grab a bite to eat outside the hotel or see a movie. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are well taken care of. I highly recommend the breakfast... More

This was a great hotel. The 1 bedroom suite was beautiful and the canapes that the hotel sent up just after check-in were delicious. The chocolates on the pillows in the evening were a wonderful touch that has dissapeared in most hotels now. The internet access was spotty at times, but generally worked. The hotel was walking distance to a... More

I recently stayed at the Naoum Plaza hotel in Brasilia. I have stayed at three other hotels in Brasilia and this one was the overall best (as comparison I have stayed at Melia 21, Manhattan Plaza and Comfort Suites). The staff at Naoum Plaza is friendly, attentive and professional. The breakfast had great variety, including many types of fresh juices,... More

estupendous breakfast. this was the best part by far. small rooms. expensive. I think they did up all the rooms. the rooms are better now. why my avaliation was only a 3? as every hotel in Brazil overly priced, they have SEVERAL negative points. 1. Very bad pillows; 2. I liked to read before sleeping and guess what? no lamp... More

Stayed for 2 weeks for work . This is an old generation hotel (like many in the Hotel section). It is located in the hotels section, near the TV tower, near a shoping center ( but no real grossery store around) , and near a GAS station (try not to face this way) . No noise from the suroundings, but... More

I must say it's more of a 3 stars overall. The look and feel reminded me of something straight out of the 1970's James Bond movies. There was no decent gift shop, only a counter pushing junk jewelry. The next-door Japanese restaurant didn't even offer Japanese beer like Kirin or Sapporo, and the price was outrageous for so-so sushi. I... More
