The hotel looks great, great breakfast. The staff is very helpful and nice. Rooms are spacious but I'm thinking it is because the beds are so small hehe! Yeah, the only downside is the small beds. Totally recommended. There is a mall across the street where you can shop or eat.

There's some old rooms with Carpet and "not so nice" furniture. So, I asked to change the room because I'm alergic and they could find a new reformed room. The Staff is great and made your day. There's always taxi in front. The cofee break is really good. The Mall is just across the street where you can get few... More

1. Front desk is indifferent and not customer oriented. 2. Hotel pool is closed, although no warning on the hotel website. 3. Good luck trying to use the Internet in the evening. Not enough bandwidth capacity. 4. Room keys stopped working in the evening. Front desk blamed us. Well. Both keys suddenly not working. I did like the renovated room... More

The hotel is highly above my own standards, but the price is too high. The breakfast price is extremely high(R$ 32.00). I have not tried it, but my 41 year old son told me it is good value for money. Not recommended to 4 or 5 star type of clients.

The hotel is well located just crossing the street from Brasilia Mall and Varig Building, but needs some improvement. Negatives: - The internet is really slow (cable and wifi) - The AC of my first room was old and not working and I had to move to another room - When the room beside my room was using the shower,... I stayed in this hotel this summer with a musical group when we passed through Brasília to play at a festival in late July. We stayed there for three nights. Check-in was very straightforward and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. One employee who stood out as particularly charming and exemplary was Isabella (I believe that was her name,...
