This hotel is really nothing special on its own: basic service, mediocre food, just Ok rooms, standard toiletry. Etc. Etc. Yet, compared to others in Brasilia it really is a five start. Is nicely located ashore the lake, but very far away from everywhere. They do provide a shuttle service. Came for a conference. The first day a Chinese Minister... More

I arrived on a Friday night, for business. Check in was slow, and the reception staff was very rude when we asked why our key-card was not working properly and we could not open the apartment door. It was incompatible with a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was good, and the surrounding area was so nice. The prices were high for... More

We have been there for 4 nights in March 2015. The location is very beautiful, the rooms are large and the architecture is extravagant. We've got a Luxo King category room, with a large terrace facing the lake. We felt the breakfast room extremely noisy (would need an acoustic treatment), and although the choices were plenty, we could not find... More

There are many positive aspects to this hotel; however it is the negative ones that force me to drop my rating. As numerous other reviews will tell you, the architecture of the property is stunning. It is situated upon a large and beautiful lake with ample outside areas for seating and walking the property. That being said, the numerous drawbacks... More

Have been at this hotel on more than one occasion, although I live in Brasilia. For me is one of the best, if not the best hotel in Brasilia, since it is by the lake, the rooms are very comfortable, good space and modern installations. For couple looking for a retreat (weekend escapes) is an excellent idea, especially for a... More

The infrastructure is great. I spent 3 nights in the Golden Tullip. The pools, gym and room are very good. The major issue i perceived was that, at least during the carnival, there were few employees working. As result of that, the service in the pools were very slow, we needed to wait for several minute before getting our order... More

The hotel has a great architecture, the rooms are confortable and good sized, the location is great. The services are overall poor. I was on a business trip and needed to use the business center. I was told that it was out of service as it is managed by an external provider. Same with the Spa. The sauna was not... More

I was really divided between rating it a 4 or a 5, as my experience with my wife and our 12 year old daughter was really excellent overall and I'm not sure that the points that require improvement are really all that serious. First of all, it's essential to understand that we live in Brasília, but this resort made us... More

The good: this property is situated on on a nice lake with a beautiful, gigantic pool. The gym is very well equipped and has everything you need. Fyi, you get your pool towels from the gym. Took me awhile to figure this out! The breakfast buffet has lots to choose from with eggs to order , bacon, waffles, cereals, several... More

This is supposed to be one of the top hotels in the area, visiting this hotel on business the check in was disorganized and they misplaced my credit card information so I had to provide details over the phone to settle my bill even after being provided a paid receipt on check out. The room was dark, carpet stained in... More
