I was really divided between rating it a 4 or a 5, as my experience with my wife and our 12 year old daughter was really excellent overall and I'm not sure that the points that require improvement are really all that serious. First of all, it's essential to understand that we live in Brasília, but this resort made us... More

The good: this property is situated on on a nice lake with a beautiful, gigantic pool. The gym is very well equipped and has everything you need. Fyi, you get your pool towels from the gym. Took me awhile to figure this out! The breakfast buffet has lots to choose from with eggs to order , bacon, waffles, cereals, several... More

This is supposed to be one of the top hotels in the area, visiting this hotel on business the check in was disorganized and they misplaced my credit card information so I had to provide details over the phone to settle my bill even after being provided a paid receipt on check out. The room was dark, carpet stained in... More

To get a different taste of Brasilia, I recommend booking your stay at Royal Tulip, by lake Paranoá. OK you will need a taxi to get around town and won´t have many shopping options in walking distances (besides those at the hotel), but its a great way to get other perspectives of the Brasilia. And yet, you'll be a short... More

Nice hotel, I would recommend it to anyone that is visiting Brasília and would like to be in a charm place. Good food, awesome pool, with nice music and good ambient. We just had one issue: After our arrival they didn't had our room available and they asked us to wait around 30 minutes. I said no and they gave... More

The grounds are very well kept. Close to nature yet with modern facilities While having lunch, only a pane of glass separated me from the few birds that were wondering around the well manicured garden The service was good and I felt at home with the international cuisine with a Brazilian twist

Design hotel and marvelous pool. Rooms are nice and breakfast is very good. Scenic views. I just wish the service in general was more professional, from the reception to room service or bars. Very near Palacio Alvorada, if you are free on a wednesday on visit hours.

We stayed here on our way to the Pantanal as we wanted to see Brasilia and it was stunning. They upgraded us to an apartment, which was enormous with views over the lake and pool and beautiful. Staff very helpful - only disappointment was no real food at night and hotel really quiet.

I spent only one night, but the hotel is very good. The room and bathroom are large and clean. There are rooms with a nice view of Lake Paranoá. The breakfast is good, with fruits, juices and hot meal options. I have not had lunch or dinner there. People from front desk were nice.

I stayed there for a week on business. First, Alice at the front desk was very nice and helpful (and gorgeous:). The fitness center was nice along with the pub near the front. The site is somewhat remote and there isn't much nightlife in the bar which seemed odd. The views over Lake Paranoa were nice. The breakfast area was... More
