Finding a nice hotel in Brasilia is not an easy task. Melia Convention Suite definitely has a good location and the rooms are quite nice. Gym and swimming pool are quite disappointing though. And most of all, what a dreadful service! Probably the most unhelpful service I have ever met (especially in light of the standard of such hotel).
