It is way overpriced for what you get. The floors inside the rooms are old fake wooden floors, with peeling walls. Breakfast is extremely modest and there are de facto no service, not during breakfast nor if you need anything else. Terrible experience.

Chose it knowing exactly what to expect, having read all the other reviews and knowing a “3 or 4” was the maximum score I thought I was going to find. To be honest, I expected less. A week before, I had stayed a couple of blocks away at a better and pricier option and had already seen the place. Found... More

The cost is too high for this hotel. There is no shampoo in the bathroom. No breakfast is included. There is no free Wifi, you have to pay for every half and hour you use. And for this you have to pay US$425 per night.

This is an overpriced hotel. My room had a leaking ceiling that leaked water straight on the bed. The food from the roomservice was also poor. The overall quality was bad. Will not stay here again....

The Planalto Bittar hotel is not intended to be a fancy hotel. My room was very functional: a large double bed, desk, TV set, a small fridge, small closet, a small bathroom with shower. On the bright side, the room was really big, bigger than I expected for an average hotel, and the soundproof (small) window really isolated the outside... More

we eneded up in this area due to a mix up with our travel plans. we walked in and got a pretty decent rate. it was clean and farirly comfortable. we did find a hair in the pillow, but hey this isn't the ritz and it was obviously something the cleaner must of missed on her (or his!) way round.... Simple, small lobby. Check in waslightning fast. Spacious handicap room. Nice beds. No shower bench. Stayed overnight waiting for flight to Miami. Very fast check in. Nice simple breakfast with power lift down to dining room.

This hotel is definitely no frills. Very basic hotel, where even shampoo isn't complimentary (they sell quite expensively a basic vanity kit with cheap hotel shampoo. Staff too attentive, but when I approached them they did try to help. I had to change 3 rooms within a week, due to a mal-functioning airconditioner, and then a defective safe deposit. I ended...
