We were rather bedraggled walk-ins between Christmas and New Year but were happily welcomed and had a thoroughly relaxing time here. The views over the bays are great (O.K the cement works way out on the horizon isn't terribly picturesque, but that's Vitoria's problem - not this hotels). We had excellent service, not fussy but attentive when required. The breakfasts... more

This is by far the best hotel in Vitoria. The rooms are a decent size and the views are breathtaking. The hotel is on an island off of Vitoria and access to the island is via a bridge and security guard...... very safe. I would definitely recommend this property but beware it is not listed on any site you need... more
