Room was very comfortable, particularly the beds. Staff was pleasant. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was good even at 10:00pm. This hotel is conveniently located and the staff is very friendly. They recommended a restaurant called Black & Tan in downtown Appleton that turned out to be excellent. A bit pricey, but the food was fantastic. A very cosmopolitan atmosphere for such a small Midwestern town. We stayed here a few months ago and there was a "minor" problem in the room. I mentioned it when checking out, and wasn't aware of the 100% satisfaction guarantee.
