This is simply not only the best place I stayed at whilst in Brazil for the world cup but one of the nicest places I have ever stayed at in the world (and I have visited many countries). Reasonably priced, beautifully situated on the edge of Jeri, had a great room with huge balcony, really helpful staff (sorry can't remember... More

Waw !!! No words.... This comment is making us so glad !!! Thank you so much, it's always a pleasure to have such feedbacks. It motivates us to keep on this way and always try to improve (especially for flies : a special operation is under preparation). It will be a real pleasure to host you again !!! Kind regard,... More

I read some reviews and I'm little confused..some of the comments are true.. There are too many flies during breakfast, rooms are open and any kind of insect can get inside, the structure of the pousada doesn't help privacy and the location is far from the small village center ... BUT I loved this pousada in Jericocoara.. Our room was... More

Dear Guest, Thank you so much for your positive comentary. It's always a pleasure for us to have people that apreciate the spirit of our place. Concerning the flies, it's unfortunatly one of the reverse impact of the incredible nature that we have in Jeri. We are working to solve this ! In any case, we hope that you enjoyed... More

They had some construction work delays when we arrived in jeri so our experience is a bit different from others. Instead of giving us a very noisy room, They gave us a huge villa in the heart of jeri (14 beds) just for the two of us, it has one of the biggest pools in jeri! The service was impeccable,... More

Stayed in La Villa during the last carnaval during our visit to Jericoacoara. The Villa is a relatively modest/simple lodging that does look more fancy on the pictures of the website than in reality. In short, pros: nice pool area, and especially Lamiaa who is the manager and in addition to being very friendly also helped us immensely with all... More

Located at the westside of Jeri, 5min walk from the lively center, we were received by the most lovely hosts Delphine and Frank who managed to create an cosy oasis of elegant style, overwhelming kindness and breathtaking sunsets. Top place to relax in Jeri.

Warm welcome, helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast... Good location within walking distance of the buzzy streets while allowing for quietness and proper relaxation.Nice swimming pool. Rooms and common areas totally integrated into the environment with a focus on natural material. Will recommend!

Small hotel with only a 6 rooms orso. Sometimes when there was nobody it felt as our own private hotel ;). Nice swimmingpool, great breakfast and free WIFI. Also they can arrange a lift from Fortaleza (but you better not do so. it is 50E more expensive than when you arrange the lift yourself). Friendly staff and Clementine (owner) is... More

We stayed at La Villa a few nights during a 3 weeks trip in the Nordeste. We were really looking forward to it and were expecting it to be the highlight of our trip in terms of place to stay. I have to say the rooms on the upperfloor are well appointed but the place overall was just CROWDED with... More

La Villa looked promissing, at least on the picture of its internet site. Immediatly when I arrived I was disapointed. Rooms were smaller and not as nice as expected. No safe box in the room (where do you leave you valuable belongings when you are away?) very basic means to arrange your clothes, etc. Pretty limited privacy (most of the... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Facing the dunes of the Jericoacoara national park, La Villa blends the warm and authentic spirit of Brazilian pousadas with the simple elegance of European refinement. Ideally located a few steps away from the beaches, shops and restaurants, La Villa is far enough away from the very center of the village to offer the best views of the area and preserve the peacefulness of its surroundings. A wood and straw construction designed by a Brazilian architect, La Villa’s open spaces are filled with such natural elements as sand, flowers and coconut trees. Its comfortable atmosphere is set as much by its cozy rooms, large swimming pool and bar as by its accomodating staff and wide range of guest services. ... more   less
