A special thank you to Ms. Libera Cemin, who did an excellent job in organizing our meeting and managing our reception for PROVIA. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help all our members to have a productive and enjoyable event.

On a very short and exhausting business trip to Fortaleza I found this to be an oasis. Very helpful and pleasant staff, endlessly patient with jet-lagged and disoriented foreigners. The rooftop swimming pool is small but a very pleasant spot with a gym one floor above which has good equipment (CV and weights) and spectacular views. The breakfast is excellent... More

This hotel is in a good location in Fortaleza. It has all the amenities you would expect from a good quality hotel and the staff are efficient, helpful and speak good English. Breakfast was good. The room was a decent size. We had no complaints. Just one thing to note, a safe deposit is available at additional charge, however the... More

Room Basic, standard shoe box. Shower and toilet needs up-grading. AC, one wall unit, working ok but bit noisy. Staff nice and polite. Restaurant ok, friendly staff again and tasty food. Cafe amanha very Basic and restaurant location poor, nothing to see. Hotel Location good and safe enviroment.

Check in and check out were good which is a refreshing change in Brasil. Parking is the best on the strip. Noise level from the adjoining rooms and especially the hallways is intolerable. Do not expect to sleep in. Rooms are simple and the maid forgot to leave towels. Very slow response from housekeeping. Breakfast is very tipical and uninspired.... More

Right in the center of town, opposite the beach and restaurants. The roof top pool and bar are excellent. The hotel and furniture are beginning to show their age but I thunk that could be said for all Fortaleza. For the quality of the hotel it is overpriced but again that is Fortaleza. If I go back to Fortaleza I would... More

Had an unprecedented three week stay in this hotel and found that my early inhibitions went away very quickly. The staff, though a majority didnt speak english, they spoke hospitality very well. The staff at the Reception ( I remember Mirse and one gentleman who spoke English) and especially the bel hops, the service staff in the restaurant - all... More

The hotel is very nice, in a central position and very clean, but I think it's very bad that nowadays the staff at the reception doesn't speak English. Try "tapioca" for breakfast, it's delicious. The pool is on the roof so with a nice view but very small

I would have stayed by the airport, but there are no decent options there. The location is so pretty and the staff is great. The room is dated, including the bathroom. At over 200 reals, I stayed in much better places. But it was last minute. Breakfast was delicious: juices, tapiocas, fruit: lovely. The staff is very friendly.

Comfortable hotel with nice breakfast, though not plenty. The view from the pool is wonderful and side rooms have a very nice view from the sea/beach. Unfortunately, there is a noisy club beside the hotel and also sometimes some sounds seem to be coming in from inside the hotel. However, it will not bother you if you are out all... More
