The hotel has a very nice lobby which is comforting and welcoming. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I was there for a conference so I didn't use it much for leisure, but it has a small pool and gym on the roof with a nice view of the beach, and is right on the beach at a nice... More

Helpful staff, very close to the sea. Checkout until 2pm. I brought the wrong adaptor, but the staff kindly lent me the correct one. Generally it is a very nice hotel in this area. Air cobditioning was also very good.

Supposed to be a 5* luxury Hotel. Maybe 30 years ago. Today: 1/2 wait at check-in with only 1 family and individual traveler. Confirmed room - doubled bed, available two singles, internet? Whats that! After nearly a day... Our technician is working. No idea when its available...bath room? 2* style of a different chain. 2 elevators for 20 floors and... More

I've stayed on this beach front a couple of times. This is one of the nicest hotels with value for money. Sure it's noisy. This is a noise lively place and all the hotels here have this issue. But I found the noise from the beach stopped at 10:30 each night consistently for the two weeks I stayed. I agree... More

We stayed there for a week. It has a great view over the beach. However, you should know that all beaches in Brazil are public. You can cross the road to sit on the beach and drink the coconut juice. The beach is not good for swimming as it is oily and polluted. The hotel staff are very nice people... More

Expensive. Good point. .. near the beach. A handicrafts market each evening in front of the hotel. Great breakfast. Nearby pizza hut. Supermarket close by problems_no one speaks English. Can't order food from your room if you don't know Portuguese

This hotel reminded me of Mumbai's marine dive. Built across the road near ocean, it has plenty for the tourists. The breeze, local market, people watching and so on. Rooms are spacious, clean, quiet. Breakfast is sumptuous.

The Seara Praia Hotel is a decent, comfortable 3-star hotel, which does not inspire and certainly is not budget accommodation. Breakfasts were good enough, though the restaurant has no view. Despite other comments in reviews, I found very few hotel staff could speak English - and, surprisingly given my experience elsewhere in Brazil, not many seemed to peak Spanish either.... More

A special thank you to Ms. Libera Cemin, who did an excellent job in organizing our meeting and managing our reception for PROVIA. She went above and beyond the call of duty to help all our members to have a productive and enjoyable event.

On a very short and exhausting business trip to Fortaleza I found this to be an oasis. Very helpful and pleasant staff, endlessly patient with jet-lagged and disoriented foreigners. The rooftop swimming pool is small but a very pleasant spot with a gym one floor above which has good equipment (CV and weights) and spectacular views. The breakfast is excellent... More
