Basically the only plus of this hotel is the dock that sits on the bayside and is open to guests for swimming and eating at the restaurant. This is a 24 storey hotel that is comfortable but it has seen better days. The reception area looks comfortable enough and the staff are helpful but even in this area metal plates covering electricals are askew. Disgusting. it needs renovation terribly. The view is great (if you get one) but you don't want to be in that room to look at the view. The elevator is scaring and the breakfast area is unbelievably hot with everything melting. Do go to Sanvador, wonderful place, but do not stay at the Victoria! more
