I have stayed at Othon several times and I found that the hotel needs some maintanance but the satff makes the difference. I would stay there again only because of the staff. Sadly, not a palace at all!! When we checked into the hotel, which we found was very shabby, we were given a key (didn't work as often happens) to a room where the door to the balcony didn't shut, so the wind off the ocean was whistling.
