Yes I agree with everybody in tripadvisor this hotel is very poor, it takes almost an hour for them to serve french fries in the pool and than if you ask for a coke it takes another 30 minutes to arrive. The hotel is perched on a high cliff and has great sea views in the neighbouring ocean. Morning buffet and food are plentiful and well serviced. Lots of South American artworks underground in the open terrace. Is found in peaceful area of Salvador and worth a stay

Although it is well located, with a great view of the Atlantic, the hotel is away from everything. My room was ok, nothing special, even because my expectations with this hotel chain are low. When I arrived there was a plate with a mix of local sweets. Breakfast is below regular, with a terrible coffee and tasteless pastries and bread.
