This is not a good hotel, and I think people stays there if there is no other choice. I believe it survives because of the strategic position close to the university and relatively low prices. But it has serious problems. Let me say first the positive points: people are nice, at the desk and the service. But it has serious... More

I had the opportunity to be in this hotel for so many times that I think I'm able to be very fair in its evaluation. So let's go! reception: kinda fast, but some people are not very available to Smile and offer the best hotel can do. For example: they are doing some retrofit and we knew it, so we... More

The location is good, the room has enough space and simple and good decoration. I didn't like the window air conditioner which makes huge noise. There was leak in bath room and in the faucet. There's not Wi Fi that's is unforgiven. There's not snack, juice and other option at room, only water and soft drinks. Breakfast simple.

Disappointed with this hotel...their upkeep and cleanliness needs attention especially their pool area. Lounge chairs were dirty, pool water has been cloudy for last 3 days, and service is mediocre. The restaurant had ants on the table while you were eating and to top it off the power went off 5 times in 2 days and there was no back... More

I have alreday been twice in thi hotel in the past 4 years, and the experience only seems to get worse. The rooms were really DIRTY - the floor had stains from something the previous guest had spilled and poorly cleaning, the bathroom wall was green with black mold stains inside the shower cabinet and everything in the bedroom that... Booked this hotel for a group and for what we needed it worked. Beds were small, twin size, not terribly uncomfortable. Breakfast was not the greatest but it was a decent spread. Location was walking distance to many sites and stores to get stuff for personal needs. Overall, it is a very decent 3 - 3.5 star hotel, a great... More

This is not a bad hotel, and the people are very nice. But it often seemed comically inept. It took us two days of telling them that our air conditioning didn't work, before the front desk informed us (as we came home late) that our air conditioning didn't work and we would have to move rooms. We did get a... More

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in ! . The reception, restaurant and rooms all need redecorating and cleaning. The shower was filthy, curtains discusting and the air conditioning unit hanging out the wall!. Breakfast was a farce with all tables full of dirty plates with one poor waitress left trying to cope.We found a coffee shop... More

On the whole this hotel is quite mediocre. Rooms have a good size, but there is no table or desk. Bathroom would be ok but it needs a refurbishing. The swimming pool is just for kids, but the area around is quite nice, and the barman fixes good caipirinhas. Air conditioning is very noisy. Breakfast is quite good - I... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and I really like it. It was very clean and had a large and various breakfast buffet with lots of typical dishes. Every day they change some of the typical dishes so we can taste different ones. The staff was very helpfull and polite. The beach near the hotel has lots of... More
