After reading reviews and knowing that the course hosted Brazilian Opens, i was looking forward to a great experience. From the start I was comically disappointed. Clubhouse, carts, clubs and course were in great disrepair. My rental "clubs" were seriously at least 15 years old, had worn and missing grips, and were a mismatched set. Staff would not offer any... This is a terrible hotel! Dirty, run down, everything broke, food gross, bugs, and the kaput goes on and on. I was with a large group in multiple rooms and we all had the same experience, absolutely disgusting!

Costa do Sauipe is a gorgeous, storybook tropical oasis. We went here for our honeymoon and stayed at the all inclusive Sauipe Club. The staff was hospitable and the rooms were clean and well kept. The grounds were gorgeous with walking trails, beautiful foliage and a great pool (and pool bar). The beach was just a stone's throw away and... More

It is with great deep disappointment and sadness that we report the state of decline and decay of this Hotel Complex. This observation supports the fact we have already been regulars at this hotel, at other times. With the intention of living these good times, we came here with our families and to our surprise we found the negative aspects... More

I've just spent 7 nights in Costa do Sauipe Park and frustration was complete. Do not even know where to start. 1) Reception: service is poor since the arrival, where a poor person with goodwill, "Gil", receives dozens of guests alone in an improvised table in the middle of the lobby. Any problem is never solved by a manager ...... More

The title says it all. Me and the family went, and got really nice rooms. Now, this is the third time that we have gone, and in my opinion, the thing that, my kids enjoy most, in hotels is being able to at least relate to other kids! That is why i love breezes, because they have the, "kids club."... More

We spent a week at Superbreezes which was fantastic. Rooms are large & very clean, with good air conditioning. Meals were all great especially on the buffet restaurant where the choice was brilliant, & we found that all meals were hot. Bar service in the restaurants wasn't great, it was much quicker to go to the bar & get served... More

We've spent 18 days in this hotel in Brazil in November 2010, and I must say it is a very nice place to spend your holidays at. First of all a word of advice: if you're planning to go there in November, look it up on the internet when is the FEST DO BAHIA and if it is during your... More

On our arrival at Breezes Costa do Sauipe we were initially horrified to see that there were so many families with young children staying there and the noise in the buffet restaurant was horrendous. After our evening meal we went to the adult games room to play pool and found children kneeling and standing on the tables which had been... More

Just returned from the worst holiday ever. This is never a 4 star hotel in its life, and the rooms are certainly not deluxe as advertised in the Thomas Cook Signature brochure. No rep in resort, food teriible and almost always cold, only decent place to eat was Munasan which was amazing. The only member of staff worth praise is... More
