The hotel is so beautiful, cozy and well decorated that you want to live there! Great atmosphere, it feels like home. They have regular rooms but also some economic ones with shared bathroom (great for a low budget travel) - those rooms are really tiny but very comfortable to sleep in. At saturday night the nearest bar goes very loud... More

the hotel is near opera building and city center , you can get to sea and market for about 10-15 min walking ,just 1 point about hotel is ,it is not suitable for the elderly because there isn't elevator and there are many stairs, the rooms are small , some rooms haven't any windows , but I liked that nice... We were here in August 2013. Weather was very warm and humid. The A/C in our room functioned partially but not properly. Better than no A/C though. The small rooms are a bit overpriced in my opinion. The toilet trash had not been emptied and contained debris from previous visitors. Not such a bad thing in some countries but in... More

We were prepared for small bedrooms, and that was ok. The rooms very comfortable and clean as well. However our room was right behind the recetion area and the door was just like a sliding door, so felt a bit like we were staying IN the reception. Also though it seemed like there were more staff than guests around. The... More

Stayed for one night after returning from a trip in the Amazon. Recommended by friends and wasn't disappointed. Yes the rooms are small, ours with bunk beds and no bathroom. Hotel throughout is immaculate, well decorated and very clean as are the bathrooms which have hot water showers. Comfortable lounges and breakfast area also. Ideal location next to main square... For a single older female travelling alone, this is probably the safest hotel I have ever been at in an urban area. I loved this place because the drawbacks did not pertain to me. I am petite so the smallness of the room was not an issue. I do not carry a lot of luggage - only one wheelie bag... More

We had a twin room with shared bathroom. The rooms are small, but have space to store backpacks/suitcases under the bunk bed. The bathrooms were always clean and the roof terrace is a great bonus. The hotel stored our luggage for free whilst we went on a jungle tour. Great location for the theatre.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the theatre. The rooms are small but very clean and cosy. They put so much thought into every detail. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast is delicious. It's the perfect hotel after an exhausting jungle trip.

This hotel is a restaured old building not far from the Opera house. From previous reviews we knew the rooms would be small, however we booked a double room that claimed to be 10 square meters and have WiFi access. When we arrived we got a room where the queen bed of 150 cm times 190 cm was pushed against... More

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights after a 4-day trip in the rainforest. Even though the double room is REALLY small with an unusual bunk bed arrangement (the bottom bunk is a double bed), and with a shared bathroom down the hall, it was really a perfect place for us to rest for a couple...
