Beautiful decorated hotel with fantastic service and staff. Located very near the Opera House and close to excellent shopping and restaurants. The staff are wonderfully helpful. The rooms ,although beautifully appointed and immaculate, are very small and some face the street which is loud and noisy till the wee hours. We were there during the World Cup and perhaps that... This hotel is located near the opera house and has a rooftop where you can sit and enjoy the view. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful, especially when we had a problem with our a/c they immediately offered to move us to a different room.

I stayed here during the World Cup period. The hotel is decorated beautifully and kept very clean. the roof terrace is a great place to relax however some days it was simply too hot to use it! The rooms are small, and it was difficult to find space to put all of our belongings. They were certainly clean and tidy though.... More

The hotel was not pleasant. They decorated rooms as small as a closet and called it "boutique" . the room our children stayed in was so small they had to sleep with their suitcases on their twin beds. Our room had room to put one suit case on the floor if you crawled across the bed to get to the... More

beautifully decorated and a cosy feel, but the rooms are incredibly small. We had a private bathroom which was all glass and see through. The location was amazing and the roof terrace overlooks the Opera house...absolutely stunning at sunset. Breakfast was really good. Great value

The hotel is so beautiful, cozy and well decorated that you want to live there! Great atmosphere, it feels like home. They have regular rooms but also some economic ones with shared bathroom (great for a low budget travel) - those rooms are really tiny but very comfortable to sleep in. At saturday night the nearest bar goes very loud... More

We were here in August 2013. Weather was very warm and humid. The A/C in our room functioned partially but not properly. Better than no A/C though. The small rooms are a bit overpriced in my opinion. The toilet trash had not been emptied and contained debris from previous visitors. Not such a bad thing in some countries but in... More

We were prepared for small bedrooms, and that was ok. The rooms very comfortable and clean as well. However our room was right behind the recetion area and the door was just like a sliding door, so felt a bit like we were staying IN the reception. Also though it seemed like there were more staff than guests around. The... More

Stayed for one night after returning from a trip in the Amazon. Recommended by friends and wasn't disappointed. Yes the rooms are small, ours with bunk beds and no bathroom. Hotel throughout is immaculate, well decorated and very clean as are the bathrooms which have hot water showers. Comfortable lounges and breakfast area also. Ideal location next to main square...
