This is a great place to relax and enjoy the nature. In this hotel there are fun activities to do, like: boating, SUP, swimming pool available, beach, place to play volleyball and more. The only negative side, was the food. I didn't appreciate the meals served.

I am actually from manaus. Was looking for a place to spend a long weekend. First thing was I found it quite pricey, specially for locals. We choose the Imperial suite. First impression was great, it is amazing the structure of the hotel even though it is a floating hotel! there is even a lift. Room is huge, with a... More

The hotel is a truly a floating hotel in the tributaries of the Amazon, and is thus a unique experience. In general we found the facilities, food, and staff to be great and we enjoyed our stay. However we were left with a very bad taste in our mouths when upon checkout we each found an extra $300 Brazilian reals... More

I made the last minute decision to go to Manaus and watch the USA versus Portugal World Cup soccer game. Because of the lateness of my decision, the Amazon Jungle Palace was the only place my travel agent could find with available rooms. The hotel is on the other side of the Rio Negro (the major tributary to the Amazon... More

This truly is a floating palace. A luxury stay that is impeccably clean and maintained with a wonderful pool. Average quality and variety of regional foods. We would advise a stay here for the quality of the hotel itself. we found adventure excursions such as tree climbing, cayman hunting and piranha fishing at other areas to be of higher quality.... It takes a 40 minute boat ride to reach the hotel from Manaus airport. It is isolated out in the water in a cove and is truly a floating hotel. WE were there right after the rainy season so the water was going downmin some areas. For being in the jungle this site was always being cleaned by the staff.... More

Intro Amazon in the dry season has some advantages, but also shortcomings. On the plus side, you will find plenty of white sand beaches on the rivers. On the minus, your expected luxurious views of a flooded jungle won´t be there - the rivers have less 15-18m of water; and access to some attractions will be restricted or difficult. Nature... More
