I have spent couple of nights in this hotel and find it below average. Staff is attentive and professional, room is spacious although the bed is single and very narrow. If you roll over you may fall down. Breakfast is plenty but very ordinary, nothing to surprise you but also not bad. Location wise it is very convenient as it... More

It's probably one of the nicer hotels in Manauas. There is a pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness center on the top floor. Breakfast is included, but it is the same everyday. It's clean, attached to a mall with a food court (which I would avoid, except for the Bob's Burgers shakes). There is hot water, good... More

Remember that you're in Manaus so don't expect first-world accommodations in a third-world city. Beds ok, showers with water pressure of fire hose, pretty good breakfast. Poor elevators, AC difficult to regulate. Fetid creek runs alongside. There is a park adjacent with an ok place to run or walk. Not m,uch in the way of restaurants or nightlife within walking... Upon arrival we were given rooms on a ground floor level overlooking the car park. The hotel was busy (FIFA World Cup) and understandably had to fill all of the rooms. The thought of a five day stay overlooking a car park wasn't something that appealed and so we politely but firmly requested that our rooms were changed. It took... More

Right, if you haven't been to Manaus (or Brazil), lower your expectations of what you think a 3-4 star hotel is. It's clean, you'll feel safe, it has a nice rooftop but the rooms are very basic. Check in staff speak English and are friendly. Worst part: the restaurant. Breakfast is good but dinner was horrid. The service was terrible... More

This hotel feels safe and has good service. The rooms are good, not great (think a standard best western in Canada) and the breakfast has a good selection. The attached mall is a nice bonus and there are other malls nearby. Taxis know the hotel. Manaus in general is a nice city to visit. Definitely check out Ponta Negra --... More

We spent 4 nights in this hotel in june 2014, we chose this hotel as it is not to far from the fifa Manaus stadium. The hotel was next to a shopping center and medical center, the rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast which was included was good with plenty of choice. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The positives:- The hotel has free wifi It is located next to a shopping mall The rooms are clean and the bed comfortable It has a small roof top pool Felt safe The negatives The rooms are... More

Stayed 3 nights, main purpose was a transit point for our Amazon tour Pros: - English speaking staff, efficient check in - Decent breakfast with an early start of 6am, handy if you are jet lagged! - good gym with steady treadmills - nice roof terrace pool plus whirl pool and sauna - decent accommodation – clean and spacious rooms... Spent in total two nights at this hotel, one night coming in to Manaus and one night before flying out. The first night we got a relatively poor room on the second floor, but the second night we got a room higher up that was a lot nicer. The hotel is adjoined to the Millennium Shopping mall, which was very... More
