When you enter the lobby, you're bound to think, "This is going to be a Wonderful hotel." When you get to the room, however, you learn that the devil is in the details, and this hotel overlooks the details. Our first room was not dirty - it was filthy. Mold growing on the walls, slippery floor, stains everywhere. The second... More

Awesome Hotel, real international standards, very hard to find in these areas.‎ Service, second to none;‎ My girlfriend fainted one day, the staff were absolutely amazing, medics were on the spot within ‎minutes, they were with us until the wee hours of the morning when the Hospital released her, ‎assisting us all the way until and including the ride back... Everything was great about this hotel. The food was delicious, the hospitality as well. It's oceanfront - you may have to walk a little bit cause there's a lot of fishing boats just in front of the hotel. Besides that, it's all perfect!

First of all, the staff, specially the front desk crew, is the best thing at the hotel. They are extremely friendly and well-trained, but they go beyond: they behave like persons not like robots. Congratulations to Radisson for having such fantastic team. The breakfast is very nice, the location is great and the fares are fair enough. The city needs... More

We stayed at the Radisson for a glorious 5 days in August 2013. Having traveled extensively in South America for the past 20 years, I can say without reservation :-) this hotel understands the American and European traveler - is this a good thing-YES! The hotel is clean, quiet and offers efficient service. We stayed in an ocean view room... More

I really enjoyed my stay at Radisson Hotel Maceio. The room and bathroom were big and confortable. Free wifi and they provided me an earlier checkin. The pool on the rooftop is kinda small but with all those beaches who needs a pool? Also, the breakfast could have a little more variety of Brazilian fruits, but at any rate, a... More

I really enjoyed staying here. I needed to make an international business call while I was in town and the facilities were excellent. Everyone was really polite and the laundry came back on time and beautifully done. I'd like to offer special thanks to Carol on Reception - obrigado - for providing helpful advice on Maceio, which I found really... More

We stayed one night at this Radisson Hotel on our way to São Miguel dos Milagres. The front desk was very welcoming, we arrived really late and they were very helpful in getting us to our room as quickly as possible. The room was very non-descript and plain with an ok side view of the beach. I recommend an updating... More

The hotel was fantastic. Everything was very clean and new. The staff was very good. The prices were fair too. The rooms were with enough space. My only complain is that I don't like air conditioning. And the rooms windows openned just a little bit. But the rest was wonderful. I do recommend it.
