Location is good and stuff is extremely friendly, kind, polite and helpful. Unfortunately that is the end of the list of good things at this Hotel. Everything else was either incomplete or a total disaster. Room was tiny, tiny passage between end of the bed and the wall is not bigger than 50cm (should seize the space occupied tv on... More

Back at the Talia again, in my normal room. A bit cold in the room, but quick action from staff to heat it. Usual nice staff, good breakfast, good coffee shop and great location. Good value for money. Will continue to use this hotel when visiting Banja Luka.

I see no reason why this hotel is classified here as a B&B – Inn, it is a proper midsize hotel in the city centre. Location therefore very good, closest surroundings sadly depressive from your room window. A relatively new, but conservatively built hotel claiming four stars and looking shambles up from the alley. Dreadfully small reception (no lobby at... More

Nearly as nice as ever. Very friendly and service minded staff. Nice coffee shop with pizza and other dishes. Very nice and modern rooms in new wing. A small minus that no hot water in taps in bathroom sink, only cold. No bathtub water stopper. Had to be innovative with a glass. As always very good breakfast to order.

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend, travelling down from Croatia, to see the sights. The hotel is centrally located, easy to find and we walked eveywhere we wanted to go. The staff were superb, food was great and the accommodation was clean, warm and very comfortable. the hotel has secure parking. The price for the weekend was a... More

Noise until 11.p.m. and noise from 5 a.m. guaranteed, because hotel manager orders moving of furniture at night. Even after complaining about the noise there was no change. Next day the same: noise from the "redecoration". Asking for the general manager a guy appears, does not greet and does not present himself as a manager – probably totally incapable person.... More

Nice rooms, clean, spacious and comfortable. The service is great and the staff is superb. They open their hearts to you that you fall in love with the people of Banja Luka. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Breakfast is great!

Very central location. Parking available. Swimming pool on the top floor, rather small but still good chill out after long working day. I asked for the refurbished room and ended up in suite, which was ok. Not sure that was refurbished. Room was spacious. Bed was not very comfortable. The biggest downside was the shower. It takes ages for the... More

The hotel is in center of Banja Luka minutes away from the main pedestrian area, and suites good value for money. The room is very clean and a decent size , the bed was extremely comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.
