I stayed here only one night. My room in Casa Sigrid was OK. But the grounds of this place are amazing. I spent a whole day wandering up and down the footpaths, sitting in the gardens, visiting the meditation room. And the restaurant is quite good. So for a relaxing day or two in nature, this place is great!

Upon arrival we were very impressed with the outstanding views, comfortable rustic cottages and it all seemed like paradise... Until bed time!! The cabin we were staying in turned out to be riddled with both bed bugs and an insect that managed to give both myself and my husband over 100 bites each, even though we were using 50+ deet... More

We stayed in the Saya room for three nights. First of all I should mention the very friendly staff, which was also flexible in changing our reservation twice without letting us pay for a night we booked but canceled in the morning when we could not make it to Coroico because of an unforseen emergency (others where less flexible!). Overall... More

From a backpackers perspective.... All cabins were occupied so we stayed in the main house which was very cheap. Totally worth the stay for the hotel in general - beautiful gardens and trails, stunning miradors, well kept gardens, nice restaurant and good wifi. However, the room we stayed in in the main house had a terrible bed (we're only 23... More

We decided to head from La Paz out to Coroico for our 1st anniversary since we didn't want to spend it in a big city or in the Salt Flats. We stayed in the Mira cabin for 2 nights, which has a toilet and shower outside the cabin on the patio... The patio also had hammocks, a stove and a... More

Although our trip to Coroico was a bit of a nightmare (constant rain, no ATM, camera stolen) Sol y Luna was a lovely hillside hideaway. We had the Bamboo cabana which was really nice and private with an outdoor kitchen, great views and hammocks. The only problem was that the bathroom had no door - just a shower curtain, so... More

We were looking for a few restful days away from La Paz after our bike ride down Death Road. Sol Y Luna gave us exactly that! We stayed in the Jatata hut, it was amazing! You will have the most beautiful views in the most peaceful location. The food that Sol Y Luna is very nice, and the staff is... More

We came for one night but stayed for nine! Its a great place to hang out and do nothing. Its filled with birds that wake you up in the morning. We loved it here! We had the Bella Vista room with shared bathroom. The bathrooms are cleaned every morning. Wifi in the room duringnthe day. They also have little cabanas... More

We only had one night in Coroico after doing the WMDR and are so glad we picked Sol y Luna for a place to stay. Its a 15 minute walk from town and is extremely peaceful, set high on a hillside overlooking the valley and views of snowcapped mountains. The Jatata cabin, as with all accommodation had a kitchen area... More

we stayed here for two nights in Apartment Estrella which was very spacious, had a kitchen and hot water shower! The location is out of town and you would need a taxi to get back into town ( unless you are up for a walk which we weren´t with 2 small kids). The grounds are amazing and we enjoyed the... More
