Travelled conveniently with a coach from Shinjuku which was included in the package bought from their official website. Reasonably room charged. We had a room at high floor and enjoyed a family spa which booked in advance with additional cost. Wonderful buffet with all you can eat crab leg and other local signature dishes. Helpful staffs and able to speak... More

Great gesture displaying country flags of visitors during arrival or departures. Rooms are spacious and conditions well maintained despite age. Good onsen facilities and excellent dinner buffet including as many as you can eat Taraba Kani (king crab) legs and craws! Great hotel for family with other facilities including a swimming pool, games arcade, a table tennis table etc. The... More

We've got the room on the 7th fl and the view from our balcony is breathtaking .The resort hotel itself quite old but still in good maintainance with lots of sports facilities such as a tennis court and an indoor swimming pool, a large hot spring bath, and an Amazing open air bath to enjoy. Nice shuttle bus to the... More

This hotel is quite a distance from the town but they do provide shuttle service. The shuttle bus is always full but they will provide more buses if required. The hotel room is clean, spacious and comfortable. This place is a nice small town where you can go around looking at the shop houses and have meals or for skiing.... More

I spend 2 nights at the NOW resort. Totally love this place. The onsen are nice and with both indoor and outdoor for men and women separate. Love the products that I could try on after the bath. Always expect these treat in Japanese onsen hotel. End up buying a lot. The free shuttle runs frequently to the bus station... More

I join a package which provide a free bus service from Tokyo direct to the resort. You can choose to board the bus from either Tokyo station or Shinjuku. I chose the latter becasue I could sleep in for an extra hour. It's actually not easy to get to Kusatsu if you are not driving or taking a bus. The... More

Although there was limited english spoken, the staff very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the amenities were excellent. Free bus service to the snow and nearby railway station is a great benefit. The onsite ski rental shop can store your ski equipment free of charge with lock up lockers for boots etc. The hotel onsens are open 24 hours... More

This is my second time to this hotel. The first experience was very memorable and thus brought my friend to visit Kusatsu Town and stayed at this hotel. The Onsen was wonderful. Plenty of food, viking style for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel is only about 10 minutes from the town centre and we enjoyed walking along the small... More

Late Feb. does not always happen to see a good condition of the ski field. However, this Kusatsu resort located in a mountainous area back behind the grate Kanto field, where only two and half hour drive from Tokyo. There was also a limo service from Tokyo with a reasonable price, so I brought my parent, husband's parent, with my... More

We had been in Tokyo for 8 days and decided to visit some authentic Japanese hot springs for a few days. We booked this hotel and our train ticket, and upon arriving into town, we were absolutely stunned by the beauty that was the town. It's a gorgeous part of the world. The hotel is very nice and feels like... More
