Big and stylish room with very good bathroom. Excellent location near the railway station. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and very good service. I was surprised of the quality and the price of this hotel. If going again to Hamamatsu, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

Enjoyed staying here for business. Near to everything. Clean stylish rooms. Friendly service. Nice Japanese breakfast. For beer fans, try the German brewery at Main Schloss (15 min walk) or Beer House Tir nan-Og (10 min walk)

I spent one night in this hotel and I've been surprised by overall quality. Room is small for European standard, but bigger than most of Japanese ones, furniture are new and also style is appreciable. it's the first time I experience check in/out made by machine, a kind of ATM. Breakfast is in a japanese restaurant, impossible to enjoy for... More

As others have noted, this is a new, central & very reasonably priced business hotel. The main station is 2 minutes walk away, there is a large dept store in between & a convenience store at the hotel entrance. For the money I paid (under US$80 for a single clean room including a perfectly adequate breakfast) it is very hard... More

The Daiwa Roynet is one of the newest hotels in Hamamatsu - and it's good for a business trip. As with all of these type of hotels in Japan the rooms are small, but it's clean, functional and a decent place to stay. Facilities are basic (no hotel bar) and the breakfast is a little extreme - traditional Japanese style... More
