Stayed there 2 nights while attending a conference at ACT City. The Hotel is actually about a 5 minute walk from Hamamatsu station--a good central location.
The room is smallish but I had a double bed. The bathroom is on the large side (for Japanese hotels). The room was quite warm even in mid-October and I couldn't turn the temperature...
