If you have a business appointment in Hamamatsu in the afternoon, I definitely recommend this hotel to stay. Check-In time is 1 pm. You can arrive at Hamamatsu around at 1 pm by train, and check in Hotel without waiting, put your luggages in your room and change to leave for business appointment at 2pm. It is located near Hamanatsu... More

Fantastic location..just 2 min walk to two railway lines, shinkansen station, bus stand, taxi stand. You are in the most happening area in Hamamatsu. Nice rooms with friendly staff.breakfast options are great. I have stayed there quite a few times now. There are some costly hotels nearby but its accessibility makes it most preferred.

It is a good hotel, clean and very friendly staffs. Nice decoration at lobby, good restaurant and breakfast . The negative points are too small rooms , but ok for Japanese style and the bed is soft like a rock, if you sleep side or upside down, you can wake up with strong pain. I recommend this hotel, I stayed... More

I spent two nights recently in this hotel; the quality is below the average for Japanese style and I've been disappointed by low quality of furniture in the room; overall quality perception is low, only good point is dimension of the room, spacious enough. Very bad point is air conditioning, not possible to adjust, if on, too cold, if off... More

We only stayed at the Meitetsu Hotel for 1 night. Please be warned that the Meitetsu Hotel has changed its name recently to the Crown Palais, which we didn't know when we got there so that made it a lot harder to find. Ironically, it is extremely conveniently located directly outside the Hamamatsu station within a 2 minute walk. The... More

The hotel was pretty good overall. It was definitely very nicely located for a family. Restaurants are closely located, so was the Shinkansen. The hotel was a little overpriced for being located in Hamamatsu City. The breakfast was just fantastic, both western and Japanese stuff was there. My son loved the miso soup for breakfast. I would definitely go back there... More
