We chose the Nagomi deluxe room as it's spacious, new and very clean with good facilities ... however, as the hotel complex is huge ... it's a very, very long walk to the baths - nearly 10-12 minutes. We booked this hotel as there is an amusement park just in front of the hotel. The room, with twin bed and tatami, was not great, and the bed quality was really poor. The hotel's peak season is in the winter time. Lots of ski resorts near by. We were there in late summer and perhaps that could explain why it seemed like half the hotel it could have been. We were traveling with 3 young children. And the place accommodated children with a playroom and a couple arcades which was nice. But... More
