Booked this hotel for its closeness to the outlet centre since we went down for some pre-Christmas shopping. Checked in late in the evening only to find a room that did not match the photos online. came down here for Christmas shopping after Black Friday. Decided to stay here instead of the Medallion to save a bit of money. Well, we learned you get what you pay for. Before I saw our room, the hotel looked welcoming and staff was pleasant. Then we opened the door.... Come on hasn't anyone heard of fabreeze. Hotel was very clean and service was above average. This was a good place to stop on our trip to a family gathering. Clean room and a good breakfast the next morning. A typical Quality Inn experience which we have come to rely on as we travel. Welcoming check in, good and safe parking, comfortable sleeping arrangements

Stayed 2 nights and it was fine. Reserved another room for one day later. Didn't need it but they wouldn't cancel so went back 37 miles to use it and they had rented it to someone else. Our room was quiet, clean and the beds comfortable. I would say about average for a Quality Inn. The breakfast was OK. Nothing special but adequate. Our room (218) had only a shower--no tub. Room was clean, however. There is a hot tub and dry sauna. The pool wasn't heated enough for my liking. Check out time was noon which worked better for us.
