Stay aware from this place! We were given room 40 on third floor. Room smelled of a disgusting pet odor and carpet was about 5 different pieces and not even tacked down. About 10 feet of plastic molding was peeled from the wall and hanging down onto the floor. I don't know why we didn't leave then, but we asked... More

No air conditioning. The room was dirty. Not just dirty but filthy.I would never recommend this place to anyone. Two televisions in the room with only one working remote. As soon as you opened the door to the room you were hit with a horrible smell.

We stayed here in May while attending our family reunion in LaConner because all other hotels were full since it was Tulip Festival season. We booked through Price Line and it looked good online. The person who had answered my call prior to making the reservation had told us on the phone that the water would be warm and they... More

Booked two nights online with Booking.com. Site said there'd be no charge to card until we reached motel. Upon arrival told our room was never reserved and it was Booking's fault. Said no charges would be made to card, nor had been made. Found a great place to stay (Anacortes Inn) and when we got home two charges were found... More

Most disgusting place I ever had to stay in my life. The first room I was given smelled awful and apparently the management knew this because the window was wide open in an attempt to air it out (wonderful to walk into in Dec. when it was 30° out) and the toilet was broken. I was given a second room... More

My husband was charged twice for the room for one night. We are still trying to get a refund after speaking to the hotel a month ago. He stayed in a "non-smoking room" just above the smoking night staff.

I often travel in Motel and this is one of the worst I have ever been. The room and mattresses were dirty, mold in the bathroom, cigarette buds in the windows' rail, at least a dozen flies happily flying in the room (made for some fun hunting at first), not lamp by the bed (only one but it was not... In late August 2013 we took our two granddaughters with us to Anacortes. We used this motel as as a jumping off point for travel to the San Juan Islands. The motel grounds were very dirty and the room lacked a proper setup for their guests. The manager seemed very nice and tried to take care of our needs as... More

Barely clean, someone else's long hairs on the bathroom floor, the chain lock was barely attached to the wall. Could also hear every word said by neighbors, all morning long. Lady at the front desk was cheerful, even though we were late checking in that night, and had cookies.

Are you kidding me? How can this place get good reviews? The first night we spent there, kids were running around, yelling and screaming until 9:30pm. The parking lot was full of trash, the room had 2 tv's. That's great, but one didn't work. The bathroom needed major renovation. There was one tiny waste basket in the bathroom, that's it.... More
