My wife and I planned for a 2 night stay at this Inn. The room was dirty, the carpet stained and did not appear to be vacuumed, dust on the furniture, and had a general feel of griminess. We even were charged NIGHTLY for our small dog. We figured we could endure almost anything for 2 nights - until we... More

This is a unique motel find on the highway strip in Anacortes. If you want something a little out-of-the-ordinary, just a little more charming and funky, without paying more, this is the place for you, traveler! Very comfortable, European, duvet-style high-quality bedding and quiet clientele and location mean you will sink into a sound sleep. The room is 70's style,... More

If you are looking for a room for one night, this is conveniently located on the main highway. There are many types of rooms, some with a marina view. It is an older motel and in need of some TLC. The rooms could have been cleaner and the furniture not quite so rickety. But good water pressure in the bathroom... More

Place was conveniently near the main highway into town, yet a few blocks out, to make traffic much more bearable. Parking OK. Hotel OK, very clean. Evening lounge very good. Front desk reception excellent. Breakfast excellent. This was the best place I could find on the internet, and it matched my expectations.

Islands Inn is what appears to be an older motel property that has been slightly upgraded by the owners (this is conjecture just based on appearances). It is located on a busy highway in Anacortes, just on the water, so from the parking lot (and I supposed some rooms) you have a view of one of the marinas and the... More

Who doesn't love pet friendly hotels? Even better when they are reasonably priced, optimally located and have a hot tub! This was a great place for our one night stop before taking the ferry to Orcas. The receptionist was very welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It was also a plus to see the 4th... More

Nice, clean rooms with a comfortable murphy bed in the spacious living room. I booked this motel for the hot tub (hot and clean) and the wine bar attached. The food was terrific, and the wine choices were perfect. Great continental breakfast with homemade honey and cream cheese spread for the toast. Friendly, gracious staff. I will stay here again!

Great room and friendly service at a modest price. Our room included a fireplace (with a free log). It was clean, very roomy and most welcome after being crammed into small rooms with no decent accommodations at 2 Washington parks. The restaurant (Petite Wine Bar & Bistro) was excellent too. No need to wander the town; just have a seat... More

My Wife and I arrived in Anacortes a day early, so we would have plenty of time to make the morning Ferry to Friday Harbor. The rate was extremely reasonable for our room. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. It was nice to see a classic Hotel still in business with all sorts of old school... More
