We stayed here for an entire week. The room was good sized, very clean, and the view was really great. The free shuttle took us right to the Metro station less than 5 minutes away, and it made seeing all the sights very easy. (The Metro was very clean and we felt very safe riding. ). We only used our... More

I just wasn't impressed with my stay. No SPG status recognition upon check-in, I was hoping for a free drink, breakfast, or even just a greeting. No free coffee in the lobby, unlike every other hotel under the sun that I stay at as a frequent business traveler (yes, there is still coffee in the room though). I was also... More

I had business in DC. I Booked the travel late, and I wanted a hotel from a brand that's on my short list for being clean, even if it meant taking the metro. Our travel system came up with this Sheraton. The good news, was that the room was clean, and The breakfast service was good. The neutral news is... More

Planning to stay here Feb 12th - Feb 15th using points from my credit card for payment. Called today to request a king sized bed in the main building without success. I was told that for the rate I paid I could not stay in the main building with a view or get a king size bed. When I offered... More

After driving 10hrs, my first interaction was with a very unfriendly and unhelpful gentleman. Due to his vague description of the shuttle services offered (which he only shared after being asked) we were delayed with the shuttle to the metro, as it departs on the 15 and 45, and he only quickly stated it leaves on the 30 and the... Business trip with late arrival. Staff was friendly st check in. Lobby restaurant was open at the bar with a pretty good size menu. Room was fine. Had awesome view. Pentagon, Air Force Memorial and a little bit of Arlington National. Bathroom sink was not in the bathroom, not a big deal, just know if you are sharing the space.... More

The hotel staff are hit and miss. Sometimes you get really nice ones that seem to at least try to go out of their way to be nice and a couple of times you get grouchy ones. The lobby is pretty and rooms are always clean. The room service is great but I don't like the extra charge for the... More

I lived in Maryland for 5 years and love the Washington DC area. My work brings me here often and this was my first time staying at The Sheraton Pentagon City. First, my room view is spectacular! I have a near panoramic view of the District (The Capitol, National Monuments, The Potomac River, The Kennedy Center). The Hotel overlooks the... More

I booked the double queen bed room for 2 night stay from Dec. 28-30 2015 through Groupon for $68/night. It offers free Wifi, free parking with shuttle service to DC blue line metro pentagon, pentagon city stops and airport. Hotel staffs are friendly and give helpful traveling tips. The taxi ride from hotel to LINCOLN memorial is about $15( tips... More

The hotel lobby it was very nice and that's it. The staff at reception not very friendly barely look at you. The room was just regular and could use some update. It was clean tough but nothing extraordinary. The bed is very, very uncomfortable and small. The sheets have a terrible bleach smell ( I guess it means it was... More
