After staying at the Hyatt in Downtown Greenville, we should have known. So really Shame on me! BUT, always wanting to give the benefit of the doubt and having driven for 8+ hours, and having to catch a flight in 6 hours, we checked into the Hyatt. Could it be any worse than the Greenville hotel? YES! We hadn't made... More

I spent 2 nights at this hotel for meetings in DC. This hotel is close to Rehan National and provides a shuttle to and from the airport. The room was nice size for one person with a nice desk and 2 double beds. It seems weird to me to walk into a room with 2 double beds...are they still used... More

This high rise modern hotel is convenient to DCA airport, the metro (via a shuttle bus), and in the concrete world of Crystal City. There are 3 restaurants within 1/2 mile. Parking is only valet, at $25/night. The hotel is full of granite, glass, and beautifully appointed. Elevators were plentiful and adequate. The room/bathroom/chairs/desk were good size for an urban... More

Walking into the hotel we were pleased - nice entry and lobby. The room initially looked nice also. Unfortunately, over the course of our stay we were disappointed to find there was no where in the hotel that offered any free internet; the bed sheets were noisy, stiff, and the bottom sheet was not fitted and kept getting bunched up... Beds are firm-pillows great. Bathroom tiny-no fan to ciculate hot shower steam. Pretty hotel. Not ideal for kids. Charged for kid shows on the tv, $5 bottle water in room, floor vending machines out of water from floors #7-14, charge for internet service. Outdoor pool closed for the season. Didn't bother with hotel food services. Restaurant row in walking distance.... More

If you are flying into DCA later in the evening, this is a good place to stay. Like other reviewers, we also received a good price for the room on-line and felt it was still a bargain even if one included the cost of valet parking. The staff were friendly. The rooms are nice. The bathroom is very small and... More

Got in late (1:00 am) so I don't have a whole lot to tell you. We needed a hotel close to DCA airport, which it was about a 1 mile (convenient). Valet Parking only for this hotel for a fee. I noticed they have airport shuttle. Our room was nicely decorated. Not very quiet, heard road noise and music from... More

My two kids and I spent a long weekend in DC and were lucky enough to get three nights at this Hyatt for a great price ($80) on priceline.com. The only drawback, after they accepted my bid, was that there was no indoor pool! The outdoor pool was closed for the season (understandably). The hotel felt very upscale and my... More

Not a bad stay if you get a deal on hot-wire, etc. But it's not close to a metro so if you need to cab it, bring cash, and if you walk, bring comfy shoes. Always pleasant and upbeat staff. Clean rooms, nice conference facilities, social bar area.

We booked this hotel through Priceline for $95/night, and feel it was well worth it at that great price. The hotel is classy and attractive and may have undergone recent renovations because it had that "new carpet smell" ... staff were all professional and efficient ... our room (king size bed) was spacious and well appointed, with plenty of seating...
