1st, forced valet parking, that was a bad sign considering across the street you could park at the Holiday Inn for $6 a day. Even though it was part of a large group we still paid $15 which they called a break?! I figure with close to 18 floors you would have 100's of guest, but the pool was tiny... More

We stayed here while my husband was attending a conference in DC. The group rate for the room was only $129. To begin, traffic to get into the hotel is awful during peak and rush times. The narrow street in front has another side street that feeds into it causing traffic to congest in front of the hotel, especially when... More

Hello. I have recently stayed at this hotel for the Miss Black USA pageant and was overwhelmed with the service that was provided from this establishment. Being a manager in a hotel which housed 485 rooms in new orleans I understand the true meaning of the word "hospitality". Ms. Linda who answered my roomservice call a number of times was... More

Though I live in the area, I have stayed at this hotel several times for conferences (required as a chaperone at youth conferences). I have found the rooms here to be very comfortable, with modern furniture and a nice bathroom. The one-bedroom suites are nice as well, with a great little sitting room (though it is a little odd that... More

I stayed at this hotel on the eve of a job fair that was taking place at the hotel on a Friday, with the hope staying at the same place would make a less stressful experience. While staying there probably saved me a few headaches, it wasn't worth it. I arrived at the hotel around 6:30 pm. Although no one... More

Just came back from working trip and stayed here. Very nice public space and convenient to airport. BUT how does a business not have free WiFi? Needless to stay the Starbucks around the corner does a great business in serving Hyatt customers with their free wifi. I know it is a little thing but it is an annoying little thing... More

I have been to various Hyatt Regency hotels for conferences before. Solid, but unexciting. Nowadays when conferencing there I try to stay at another hotel. The paid wifi was slower than most hotels. It struggled even to handle email and very basic web sites. The hotel were I stayed overnight had free lightning-fast wifi. There was no wifi coverage and... More

While attending a conference at the Hyatt from July 24th through July 28th, I noticed that the ladies room on the second floor conference area was excessively hot. Since the elevators were slow and the stairwells very hot, moving to an alternative ladies room on a different floor was not always feasible in a jam-packed conference. I had an in-person... More

The Hyatt Regency in Crystal City, VA, was recently renovated and is very modern and clean. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and is very close to the Pentagon, Reagan National Airport, and downtown Washington, DC. A great hotel at a great price!
