Stayed here for four nights for a conference. Room pretty much what you would expect for a hotel in this price-band in the US, but no problems with that. Minor bug-bear with the charging for wifi access: for US customers who have 3G phone connections not a problem, but for non-US guests a pretty steep tariff compared to what it... more

The room is nice and very modern. TV is LCD and has s decent selection of channels. It's a Samsung HDTV, but no HD channels. Room rate was decent for this trade show I am attending. Parking valet is $25/day with in/out privileges. Internet is provided by T-Mobile and stinks as bad as my T-Mobile phone. You pay $10/day for... more

The staff was wonderful during our stay, from the check-in through the shuttle drivers. The food that we had was delicious and the wait staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. That said, after just staying at the Hyatt/Orlando Airport, this was a major disappoint. We had asked for a non-smoking room, but... more

Overall this hotel was great. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean, very modern, and looked recently remodeled. The only two downsides were that there was no free internet and the metro stop was about a 10 minute walk or short bus ride away. Many restaurants are within walking distance from the hotel, and overall it... more

I have stayed at this Hyatt with my boyfriend 3 times, with our 4th coming up before the end of this year. We have always gotten the type of room requested (corner room = better layout!) and the staff has always been accommodating. Last trip we were in a hallway with screaming children and that did not suit us, so... more

Yup, they do. Came down to the lobby around 7pm & walked into a wall of smoke when the elevator doors opened. Ick & ugh!!! Bathroom was incredibly tiny, as noted by others. Tent cards cluttering up the room urging guests to re-use their towels, but literally no place to hang them to do so, not even a hook on... more

This hotel does not come close to meeting Hyatt standards for cleanliness, courtesy and professional staff. Many of the areas are under construction, the rooms was dirty, they messed up our bill. The front staff was rude and condescending. Other than that... more

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights at this rat trap. He was there for busines - I was there for pleasure. The Checkin staff were rude and the concierge knew very little about getting around D.C. let alone Crystal City. Most abhorent was the cleanliness of the rooms. The shower (no bathtub) was grungy - looked like tile... more

This was an amazing experience. We got there and we checked in immediately. The people at the front desk were very helpful and nice. The room was incredible. Very big and way more than I expected for the money. The bathroom is small but very nice and modern. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. And... more
