the hyatt arlington is only a 15 minute walk across the key bridge to georgetown, dc. the hotel staff is super friendly especially robert. our room ,however, left much to be desired. the tiolet was backed up and was left this way. when we arrived in our room we had to call for service immediately. fortunately, robert sent housekeeping up... We stayed in this hotel for 2 days. It was excellent: the staff (esp Francis, very helpfull!), the room, the beds, the location (near metro station, bus to Dulles and Arlington Cemetary). One word: excellent. See you next time! The 2 from Holland.

The location doesn't get any better - one block from the Rosslyn metro stop and two blocks from the Circulator bus stop (Dupont-Georgetown-Rosslyn). We plan to stay here whenever we visit the DC area from now on - practically in DC without the DC prices! The front desk staff was amazing - always super courteous and helpful. We had a... More

By the time I got to check in at the hotel I was frazzled. Andrew was very nice and reassuring. Calmed my down. Even went into the restaruant to get me a glass of water. Very polite. It was noon which meant early check in and I got a room immediately. Room was well appointed and modern. Looked fairly new.... More

The location of this place is fine, it is recently renovated, and because it is over the water in Virginia, it is less expensive and a good value for money by DC hotel standards. But be warned - because of all of these things, it attracts large travel groups of shrieking teenagers and, on weekends, huge numbers of early twenty-somethings... More

Thank you for your remarks. I am glad you enjoyed our location and appreciated our recent renovation. Please accept my sincere apologies for the nosie that disrupted your stay. We had a large group of young people in the hotel last weekend. Despite the best efforts of the group's charperones and our staff, it was an active weekend. Please know... More

Front desk, friendly, efficient, actively helpful. Doorman, always welcoming. Restaurant on 2nd floor, like coming home - especially at breakfast. Chef always made my omelet like I asked/wanted Wait staff were superb Engineer (to repair toilet) appeared at lightening speed and was extremely polite and efficient.

The location was great, 2 minutes from Georgetown. Hotel rooms were very clean. The service is amazing. We arrived to the hotel 1 hours before the check in time, the front desk representative Andrew greated us with a smile, and went out of his way to get us a room early that has a nice view. He was extreemely professional... More

I travel frequently and thought I knew what great service was. The Management and Staff of this Hyatt set the new bar for excellence. The front desk staff (especially Andrew)was completely dedicated to making sure I was comfortable. Front Door Bell Attendants (Eyabu, Josh, and Shawn) had amazing and gracious attitudes and made me glad I was there. Restaurant Staff... More

I must admit that I was a bit nervous to stay at the Hyatt Rosslyn based on some of the earlier reviews. However, I didn’t experience any of the issues that others went through whatsoever. I found the Hyatt staff very courteous -- even more so than higher priced four- and five-star hotels. I only opened the door entering the... More
