I have stayed here before for business meetings. The staff is particularly nice and the facilities are more than adequate. Some of the rooms could use a makeover, but are certainly fit for purpose. The breakfast buffet is nice, but a little expensive. The bar is small, but has numerous tables. Meeting rooms are OK.

The decor of this Holiday Inn is outdated, however it was comforable and close to the metro station. A nice plus was the breakfast as it had a good selection of made-to-order items in addition to the buffet.

This hotel is situated in a nice part of Arlington, close to highways and a few blocks away from Ballston Metro station. Restaurants nearby in walking distance and even the Ballston Shopping Mall is just a few minutes away. Hotel prices in Washington and surrounding areas are quite high compared to NYC. In NYC I stayed in a nice hotel... More

Great hotel in a good location with Metro station, shopping mall and a variety of restaurants all within a short walking distance. Bad weather not a problem as the hotel shuttle will transport to any of the local locations. The best surprise was the hotel restaurant which had excellent food and service for both dinner and breakfast.

This was my second stay at this hotel although it has been 2 years since my last stay. Standard Holiday Inn experience which means that I was happy...comfy bed, selection of pillows and a reasonable bathroom. The surprise was how great our dinner was on the first night. We stayed in to eat as there were servere thunderstorms. I had... More

I would rank in bottom third of hotels in the area. Holiday Inn properties are typically dated. Average Holiday Inn stay equals a below average stay in my opinion and this is no exception. There are much better options chain and otherwise in the area if cost and points are not your concern, and sometimes even if they are. Notes-... More

I stayed at this hotel this week for a Monday - Thursday trip where I generally commute down to Federal Triangle or the House Office Buildings. I usually stay downtown but the prices in D.C. were just astronomical and forced me out on the Metro. This hotel made the significant price difference worth the nominal effort. My primary concern is... More

I had an event at the Holiday Inn and it was a great experience. From working with the event planning staff (Jeremy and Virginia) to the lovely ladies and gentlemen who served our meals (Workie, Veron), every last person was so nice, friendly and accommodating! My Banquet Manager, Hamid, was outstanding. He anticipated everything I might need. The food was... More

Good location, just 3 blocks from metro station. Room was adequate and comfortable. Parking is $14/day in a lot, not garage. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was good, kids 12 and under eat free. I'd stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel again and was impressed again with the well-trained and helpful staff. My room preference was accommodated. The front office manager even contacted me by email offering his help during my stay. That was a nice touch! The person who checked me in (Vera) was very helpful and friendly. The best part of this hotel is... More
