Location is fantastic and near the subway station. The surroundings are pretty good too. Hotel shares parking with other facility and it is in downtown so.. you have to pay for the parking. The room is standard but in my room, the AC made extremely periodic noise which made my sleep quality not so good.

This hotel is well appointed and in a great location for business/training travel. It is conveniently located directly above the Metro. It is also within walking distance to many restaurants and a large mall (via skywalk). The rooms are nice and clean but not very large. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. In both of my stays here, I... More

The hotel is showing signs of its age. In my PAID TO UPGRADE room I was disappointed by the old, worn state of the furniture, bathroom, carpet and walls of my king suite. For my conference the location was really convenient and in a nice location --walking close to a mall, shops and restaurants

The hotel is ok, a little old and needs updating but it is right on the subway entrance. Hotel staff is accommodating, conveniently located next to a mall, overall it's not bad. The trims just need a little TLC.

I stayed here for a week in June for a nearby training class. As an HHonors member, I received access to their Executive Lounge which was small but accommodating. The staff were very friendly, especially in the lounge which offered breakfast daily and appetizers/snacks in the evening which was nice to unwind at the end of the day. The location... More

We chose this hotel because we were visiting the monuments, museums, etc. the metro is literally right in front of the hotel. If you are going to the museums, it is an 18 min ride to smithsonian....it was definitely further then I thought. Next time we will stay in town or in crystal city. The toilet leaked the entire 3... I regularly stay in this hotel that is located at the entrance to the Metro's Orange Line Ballston Station stop. It's not a huge hotel and the staff treats guests like royalty from the front desk to room service to the restaurant. I have to attend meetings at the National Science Foundation and it's only a skywalk away from the... More

Our wedding at the Hilton went very well but could have been better. The positives: The event went smoothly. We got no complaints from anyone about finding the hotel, parking, receiving the wrong dish or anything else. As far as we know they also coordinated well with two vendors we hired (a DJ and florist). The set up was well... More

I recently stayed here for 3 nights with my boyfriend, and we loved this hotel! The location couldn't be better...the metro is right outside the door, and there are many restaurants (including a 24 hour IHOP), delis, and a Starbucks within or just right outside the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Aside from the convenient location, the other... More

We came to town for a wedding and a lot of folks ended up staying here instead of the selected hotels because of the price and the great location. When they say that they are right on the Metro, they aren't kidding. You leave the metro station, and the hotel is on the right as you leave the escalator. The... More
