My wife and I recently visited Gettysburg, PA, Washington, DC and Arlington, VA. Given the astronomical hotel rates in DC, we decided to stay across the river in Arlington and use the MetroRail to get to DC. The only down side to our vacation was the Inns of Virginia in Arlington, VA (Badar Alam, General Manager), which turned out to... More

I am sorry that you experienced the things that you did on your recent stay with us. Thank you for pointing out the things that you did and making us aware because those things are not the quality that we strive to provide for our guests. I have spoken to the Manager directly and changes have been instituted to make... More

Not a great hotel, but if you're on a budget and sleeping under a bridge isn't an option, this place works. I'll admit it's not too far from downtown D.C. and I didn't see any live insects, so it's not all bad. The driveway is really steep - I don't know how they stay open in the wintertime. The back... I am sorry that you did not have a pleasant experience while staying at our Hotel. I am sorry to hear that you did not think the beds were comfortable as they were all upgraded and replaced last year. We have also upgraded the quality of our linens used on the beds. We strive to make a pleasant stay for... More

This is a budget 2 star hotel. The feel of the property is a older in style and decor. We had a very small room with 1 queen bed. Small bathroom with two thin bath towels and two hand towels . (Three would have been better). Loud fan turns on with light. Thankfully we bring a small night light so... More

No frills but perfectly fine. We enjoyed our stay, the room was nice although the passage smelt of smoke, but keeping the fan on constantly in the room helped to keep the smell at bay. Bed was a bit on the soft side but otherwise the room was great. Very easy to catch bus to metro station, so getting into... More

As Warren Buffet likes to say, "Price is what you pay. Value is what you get". With Inns of Virginia Arlington, you're getting great value. We've lived in the adjacent neighborhood for years and I've always wondered what this place was like. And while it's not terribly appealing on the outside, appearances can be deceiving. The rooms are clean, the... More

This was the perfect no frills hotel, complete with friendly staff and great location. I could not ask for anything else. Room came with microwave, mini fridge, and cable tv. Room was clean and comfortable!

We went here for my birthday and it was great. There is a bus stop right across the street which was the easiest way to get to the subway. Also across the street was a dunkin donuts which was very convenient. There breakfast is just snack type foods but for the price it was worth it. You also get to... More

Just off exit 72 on I66E. Very small and not the best parking but the hotel room is clean, comfortable, and affordable. Bed was super comfortable and 1st floor was extremely quiet. Chinese food delivered was excellent (not the chinese restaurant next door) and as always 1 plate is enough for 4. Staff was very nice and very helpful with... More

Everything around the DC area is expensive so I found this and stuck with it. Wifi is almost non existent however, front desk employees understood and tried to help. Rooms are a little tiny, but that goes with the price. With about a 20 minute walk it is very easy to metro over to DC from here

My partner and I stayed at this hotel while visiting a friend and let me tell you! The water pressure in the showers are amazing, the staff is very kind and talkative, and the area is a central location to the various attractions around Washington DC and Northern Virginia. And all of it for a very good price!!! Will definitely... More
