For the price, this was a decent place to stay. Clean but obviously old, with lots of wear and tear. Cracks in the outdoor stucco. Comfy bed, quiet in the rooms on the indoor courtyard. Public access to the area of the back rooms from the courtyard, which was a minor security concern Easy once-hourly free shuttle to the Metro,... More

I could hear my neighbors talk as though there was no wall. The shower water smelled of chlorine, and went burning hot to cold without me touching the knob. The first room offered to me had a bed so hard, I could not sleep. The front desk shifted me to a different room, thankfully, that was slightly more comfortable. Both... More

This motel is just below average in my view. The staff was fine but the room was VERY dated. The control on the air was not original and it was hard to set with no instructions. The bathroom fixtures were old but the shower was ok. For the cost of an outside the District hotel this was quite high. David... More

Very old, extremely dirty, paper thin walls where you hear everything and feeling unsecured the entire time at this property, my opinion it should be torn down and rebuilt to fix there issues.

As an avid traveler of 40plus years, this was my worst hotel experience, domestically and internationallyEvery aspect of this hotel was horrific. The rooms were nasty, blood stained sheets, burnt and antiquated furniture, torn wallpaper, untidy draperies, terrible breakfast, unsafe environment, broken safety latch on the window, huge rat in the parking lot,and there was not a remote control for the television in the... We spent 2 nights at this hotel and were disappointed in the facilities themselves. The room was very small and the bathroom was no better. We had a double bed which was very worn and could use replacing. This hotel is in need of some upgrading. The positives were the friendliness of the staff. All seemed to work very hard.

It's best buy for visitors of Washington when you are on the road the whole day. Rooms are not so large as usual in other US hotels, so a liitle bit uncomfortable for families with children, but cost-saving. Service was ok, especially shuttle service to Metro.

Booked a smoking room through Wyndham Rewards for 3 nites. Cost was deducted from my account the day before I checked in. Room is the furthest away from lobby, up a flight of stairs (no elevator), dark and vintage late 50's. Heat did not work and was told that they could move me to a non smoking room as all... More

The rooms are old and smelled musty and molded. Hot water did not work, told the guy at the front desk and was told there was nothing wrong with the hot water. Wi-Fi would not connect. No air in rooms
