“Nice rooms for 1-2; front desk staff great...the rest only average”

The front desk staff was great - let me check in at 7:30 am with no hassle. The restaurant staff was mediocre at best - didn't seem to understand their own breakfast plans and confused guests by their strange questions about whether breakfast was included or not. “Excellent Hotel and Location”

This is truly a hidden gem. We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday on May 18th, so it was her "Golden Birthday". We stayed on the 10th Floor - rooms 1000 and 1002. First, let me commend management. The front desk staff at this property are well-trained, responsive, and incredibly helpful. That's about the only nice thing I have to say about the place. “Great hotel and exceptional staff”

The hotel is beautiful, well kept and great location. Within walking distance to King Street. The General Manager, Mr. Wieder, and all his staff were warm, welcoming and very professional. I plan on staying there any time I am in Old Town Alexandria area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
