Our weekend stay was for the purpose of a regional meeting of a national children's organization being held on-site. Therefore, we made extensive use of the facilities for the purpose of attending meetings, a banquet, and socials. We did not patronize the restaurant. For cleanliness, comfort, meeting rooms and elevator speed, I give this hotel all five starts. For banquet... More

Being that this is supposed to be a more upscale hotel, I thought it was sub-par. First of all, we requested the lowest floor available, which they honored by putting us on the top floor. After asking to be changed, they at least got us down to the 5th floor. The rooms have windows down to the floor, which really... More

Chose this hotel in part because it said pick up at metro on the info page of hotel home page. Unfortunately, when we called for ride they said they did not. Walked to hotel. Staff never told us of van to Old Town and ended up walking until last day. Room was nice, but coffee was not refilled and cleaning... More

I paid about $144 per night at the hotel. The hotel does offer free shuttle service to Reagan National every half hour starting at 5am which makes the long distance to the Braddock Road metro stop a lot more bearable. My room was large, and the bed was very comfortable. The TV reception was poor but not a huge issue... More

We stayed in the presidential suite, which was rather nice. The view was excellent overlooking the Potomac river and clear line to DC! The suite was rather large. Hade a nice size dining table that would seat 6. Kitchen with microwave and full size fridge. However, otherwise was NOT well appointed. There were two bathrooms. One in the main area... More

Got to this hotel blind off of hotwire's deep discount page and wasn't disappointed. Crowne Plaza's, in my experience, have extremely comfortable beds and cozy rooms. The view facing north was of the Capitol building and the Monument. It's close to King Street, but far enough to avoid all the crazy crowds (it gets suuuper overrun by tourists during the... More

After reading some of the negative reviews, my wife and I was cautious about staying here. Nevertheless we decided to give it a try. We booked for four days and we really enjoyed our stay. The front desk folks were very nice, helpful and professional to us and all guest in our presence. The room was very clean. We had a... More

Stayed in one of the suite rooms for a couple weeks. Was going to stay for longer but there were a few things that bothered me: 1) When I first checked into my room, the carpet was very damp. There was no other suite room available to switch into so I had to deal with the dampness - it dried... More

Nicely done but showing signs of being dated. Staff was pleasant the entire stay but this hotel is WAY WAY out of the loop for dining, shopping and just about anything else. PROS: Right next to STG if you are here for business. One of the closest hotels to Reagan National Airport and offers Free parking. A dry cleaner is... More
